Take part in a guided, ritual based, event meant to help you restore, rejuvenate, and renew for the coming month ahead.
The Snow Moon is a time of rest, when the only thing you can count on is a the consistent gift of falling snow.
In the February Full Moon Ritual we will practice somatic tapping and learn how we can use our own strength, in the moment, to help us find calm, comfort, and peace.
These events are rooted in natural history, neuroplacitiy, and modern techniques to foster mental health and wellness for yourself everyday.

Learn basic techniques you can bring relief from anxiety anywhere you go to immediately benefit from calm, peace, and happiness. We will charge you up so that calm, positive, and giving energy is available to you anywhere you go.
I use this technique to reduce anxiety during public speaking, interpersonal conflict, parenting the hard times, and before I step into a meeting I know will be taxing on my energy.

Join the group under the full moon to state your intentions and welcome yourself and others to work together with warmth and gratitude

Participate in a grounding exercise to get comfortable in the space and ready your body, mind, and spirit to work together with positive intent.

Relax, unwind, let go, and open your mind while listening to a story which walks your mind through the act of releasing negative attachments, collecting strengths, and setting powerful intentions for the month ahead

Learn about how you can use this powerful, anxiety relief, life hack in your day to day and teach it to family members to increase joy in your home

Get something off your chest, share it with the group, hear feedback, and get support so your mind is prepared to face life knowing you are not alone.
This section is guided so you can share without fear, receive support without judgement, and feel revitalized in a low stress way. We minimize triggers and make sharing about moving forward in love and light.
